Total Security systems s.r.o. (TSS) sells products to customers for next selling or installing. For all products we provide warranty tern 24 months. At unjustified claims (for ex.: mechanical demage) all costs jointed by repairing and transport cover customer. If customer has debs in TSS the claimings are realized after their liquidation. Customer agrees with the general regulation by taking over of goods. TSS doesn´t warrant for demages made by unprofessional manipulation, installing or using of products. Term of warranty start by taking over of product. Customer have to pass with claiming dokuments - copy of delivery older or invoice. Is necessary pass with product claiming protocol (on our web site).
II. DELIVERY OF GOODS
Before sending of claiming to us, please check if mistake is not made by incorrect setting or installing and advice with our engineer if mistake is possible eliminate on the place. Product bring yourself, send by courier or send by our area managers if it is possible. If you have any problems, please contact our techncal departmnet.
III. TAKING OVER OF GOODS AND WARRANTY
Products can´t be mechanically or electrically demaged. With products must be attached copy of delivery older with serial number, fill in claim protocol with detail description of mistake. If you send more products to claiming, please send list of them too.
IV. CLAIMING
Warranty term for each product is mentioned in product description. In the cause of warranty term is claiming repaired inadequate term (2-14 days) or changed for new product of the same type. If we can´t repaire product we reserve rights to change for other with the ame or better properties. In the case of unjustified claims or claim after warranty term please inform before about price of repairing. Repaired product is send after payment of repair and transport cost.

VI. DELIVERY OF CLAIMING PRODUCTS
If is not possible to deliver claiming yourself or by our area manager you can send it to us by post or by courier. Claiming process start when we receive claiming to our technical department.
