I. GENERAL REGULATIONS
General business conditions describe a standart cooperation between customer and seller (Total Security Systems s.r.o.) available on our web site and in company headquarters. These conditions are basic of business cooperation and before starting of cooperation, new customer must properly informs with the general business conditions.
II. COOPERATING CONDITIONS
Purchase in Total Security Systems s.r.o. (TSS) company can realize registrated subjects work in TSS business area only. New customer registration is possible in next steps:

- individually in company headquarters address: K Zábraniu 1653, Trenčín, Slovak Republic
- through TSS dealers
III. PRODUCT ORDER
Customer can order products individually, by phone, fax, dealer or e-shop. Order have to include next data: customer business name, contact person name, phone or e-mail, VAT, exact description of ordered products, quantity, unit of quantity (ks, m) and way of delivery. Product prices are charged accord in valid prices in order product day. Seller don´t guarantee for price differences occured from order time to delivery time
IV. DOCUMENTS
INVOICE AND DELIVERY ORDER: Their are make out and added with goods (in the case of courier delivery) or passed to customer at individual take over in company headquarters. All valid documents have to include stamp and signature responsible employee of the seller. Without this propierties are made out documents invalid. If customer requires a serial number list is necessary to require about this with order. Seller and purchaser can agree on advanced payment
V. PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Payment of ordered goods is possible make by banking transfer, in the event of valid the general sales contract with agreed terms or individually by cash payment. In the event of due to date will add penalty for each delay day 0,05% of invoice total value if is not stipulated otherwise.
WARMING: Goods is a company property Total Security Systems s.r.o. till invoice payment at full.
VI. DELIVERY OF GOODS
Goods is possible take individually in TSS company address. Goods can be expedited by courier or after agreement delivered by our dealer. In the goods taking customer is obligatory narrowly to check quantity and goods type and if goods is not mechanically undemanged. Additional claims needn't be accept. Delivery costs and insurance pay customer if is not stipulated otherwise. Seller don´t quarantee for incurred losses at transport. If goods demage will found by courier transport is necessary contact courier in the shortest time. Demanded products can´t be used till to complete claim resolution. Seller don´t quarantee for damages incurred of delivery delay.DELIVERY BY TRANSPORT COMPANY
Prices in price list are mentioned like EXW store Trencin. That means products and claims transport cost are covered by purchaser. Possible time delay of transport or product miscarriage or demage at transport furnish purchaser with transport company. If the acceptance protocol ot transport company is corfirmed then will claim of transport company rejected.
VII. WARRANTY AND CLAIM CONDITIONS
For bought products apply quarantee conditions mentioned in claim conditions of seller.
VIII. FINAL REGULATIONS
The seller reserves the privilege these General besiness condition to change whenever, at changing of business policy or laws, without the purchase acceptance.
